Course Overview

"First aid is not just for adults!" This course is specially designed for children, using fun and interactive games, role-playing, and practical exercises to teach basic first aid knowledge and safety awareness. The course aims to equip children to stay calm, protect themselves, seek adult assistance, and correctly dial 999 for emergency help when facing sudden accidents or critical situations. It cultivates their empathy and sense of responsibility, empowering them to become brave "Little First Aiders".

Face-to-Face Instruction (including interactive theory and practical exercises): 3 hours

Certification and Rewards

Child participants who achieve a 100% attendance rate and actively participate in practical exercises during class will be awarded a "Junior First Aider Certificate of Completion".

Course Key Topics

• First Steps in First Aid: Introduction to basic items in a first aid kit and their uses.

• Calmly Seeking Help: Learn how to properly dial the 999 emergency hotline, with simulations on how to report the location and the casualty's condition clearly and accurately.

• Safety Awareness: Identify common safety hazards at home, in school, and outdoors (e.g., electric shocks, falling objects), and learn to "observe first, act later" to protect themselves.

• Wound Care and Bandaging: Learn the cleaning steps for daily abrasions and cuts, and practice the correct use of adhesive bandages and basic bandaging techniques.

• Handling Common Accidents: Master the correct immediate treatments for nosebleeds, minor burns and scalds, sprains, and head bumps.

• Airway Choking: Recognize the danger signs of choking and learn simple ways to seek help and respond.

• Scenario Simulations: Apply learned knowledge in simulated scenarios through vivid role-playing (e.g., emergency call center operator, casualty, and first aider).

Fee includes: Beautifully illustrated class notes, practical training materials used in class, and one "Junior First Aider Exclusive First Aid Kit".
