Course Overview
Adolescence is a crucial stage for building independence and expanding social activities. Whether during school sports, outdoor outings, or daily life, sudden accidents can happen at any time. The "Youth First Aid Certificate Course" is specially designed for youth aged 12 to 18, combining theory with hands-on practical exercises. It focuses on developing young people's emergency response capabilities, scene safety awareness, and self-rescue and mutual aid skills. By mastering practical first aid skills, teenagers can respond calmly in emergencies and become reliable guardians for their peers and family members.

Certification
Participants who achieve a 100% attendance rate and complete the practical exercises in class will be awarded a "Youth First Aid Certificate of Completion" issued by our organization.
Course Key Topics
Scene Assessment & Safety (DRABC): Learn basic first aid steps, master scene safety assessment, and personal protection awareness.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & AED Application: Learn CPR compression rhythms and techniques for adults and youths, as well as the operating principles and safe usage of Automated External Defibrillators (AED).
Sports Injury Management: Learn immediate management and cold compress principles for common youth sports injuries (sprains, muscle strains, joint dislocations, and suspected fractures).
Trauma Bleeding Control & Bandaging: Hands-on practice of direct pressure bleeding control, bandage and triangular bandage techniques, and handling everyday cuts, abrasions, and nosebleeds.
Airway Choking Management: Recognize choking symptoms and learn self-rescue techniques.
Emergency Response & Seeking Help: Simulate sudden emergencies, learn to stay calm in stressful environments, and accurately convey critical location and injury information to the 999 emergency call center.
Course Fee
HK$600 / person
Fee includes: Class notes, practical training materials used in class, and one "Youth First Aid Personal Kit".
